I met Terry nearly three decades ago. We were part of the opening crew that opened Ameristar Casino, January 1996. We parted ways, taking different career paths, However always staying in touch throughout the years. When I made the decision to file for divorce, knowing I would have to look for a new residence. I immediately contacted Terry to find out the steps needed. I texted Terry to get the details on May 20th at 10:30pm. I asked Terry "What are the requirements for buying a home"? The phone calls, texts, and emails started flooding in for a search for a house from Terry. Terry is very Knowledgeable about what to look for when buying a house. Weather it be the structure being solid, electrical, plumbing, and roof. All the important things to look for with buying an older home and the problems that could potentially come up. He helped every step of the way. Finally found a house on August 17th. This is the one! Structurally sound, in our budget and a great fixer upper. Joshua Closed on September 18th, took possession and moved in. The process was stressful, but terry and DJ made is easy and simple as possible. Joshua and I are forever grateful, we couldn't have done it without them.

Terry went above and beyond when he was helping me in my search to purchase a home. With being a first time home buyer, he explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and follow. Terry O’Toole went over and above all standards of professional realtors for our family. We needed to sell the home of my brother who passed away in May. He left his house to his three surviving siblings. Each one lived in a different state. It was a very complicated transaction. Terry designed a closing good for the sellers and buyer where we all signed and then overnighted them to the next signer. He walked each one is us through it on the phone. Terry also helped us with practical things, like removing yard waste when the hired yard company didn’t show up. Through it all he was attentive and good humored .
